Have you heard of sprites and jets? They are upper atmospheric phenomenon, that usually occur during storms high above the CLOUDs. Wiki some pics. There are innumerable weather effects that could be in a massive game, incorporating all elements into a WORLD. Go from micro to macro; the atomic to universal. No doubt someone has had the idea. I just want to play with it.
